You don't have to have one, but it's strongly recommended. The builder's sales team works for the builder. Your own agent works for you and can help you compare incentives, lots and contract terms. Many builders require your agent to come with you, or be registered, on your first visit, so bring your agent the first time you go.
Are these prices guaranteed?
No. Builders change prices, incentives and available homes often. The figures here come from the builders' websites as of October 14, 2026.
A Quick Note on Pricing and Your First Visit
Prices, incentives and available homes change often. Check current details with the builder or with me before you decide. Bring your own agent on your first visit to any builder's sales office. Many builders won't let your agent represent you if you registered without them.
